Clan: Character's Family (If you want to be in a special clan ask before you put it here, otherwise just put your last name)

Looks:Description of what the character looks like

Personality: What the character is like

Rank: Character's Rank (Starts out as Genin)

Specialty: Pick one: Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu (Sword), Medical Arts, Puppeteer, Chakra Attuned (Controlling your chakra), Weaponry (Much like Tenten), or Elementalist

Chakra Element: Pick one: Fire, Water, Lightning, Wind, or Earth

History: Your character's story from birth to present (You don't necessarily need to grow up bad or have a demon inside of you to be a good ninja)
